Payment Policy

1. Introduction
This Payment Policy governs payments made to E5 Creations through the E5 Navigator Hub ecosystem and its associated software platforms, including but not limited to:
- License Navigator
- Business Suite
- Project Navigator
- 5th Element CRM
- CareCircle
- Related products, services, subscriptions, and bundled offerings
By purchasing or subscribing to any E5 Creations product or service, you agree to this Payment Policy.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through approved payment service providers, including PayFast.
E5 Creations does not store customer payment card information on its systems.
All transactions are subject to the terms and security measures of the selected payment provider.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Instant EFT
- Bank Transfers (where applicable)
- Other payment methods supported by the payment gateway
Available payment methods may change without notice.
4. Once-Off Purchases
Certain products and services are sold as once-off purchases.
Examples include:
- License Navigator Starter Assessment
- License Navigator Professional Pack
- Business Suite Lite
- Business Suite Professional
- Startup Bundle
- Development Bundle
Payment must be received and successfully processed before access is granted.
5. Subscription Services
Certain products operate on recurring subscription billing.
Examples include:
- 5th Element CRM
- CareCircle Provider Access
- CareCircle Clinic Integration
- CareCircle Hospital Integration
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation:
- no future recurring payments will be charged,
- access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period,
- no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- access to subscription services may be suspended,
- renewal may not be processed,
- E5 Creations reserves the right to restrict access until payment has been successfully received.
8. Pricing
All pricing displayed on the E5 Creations website is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
E5 Creations reserves the right to update pricing, subscription fees, and service charges at any time.
Changes will not affect transactions already completed.
9. Professional Services and Custom Projects
Custom consulting, project management, infrastructure advisory, institutional onboarding, and other professional services may be subject to:
- written quotations,
- service agreements,
- milestone payments,
- or separate contractual arrangements.
Payment terms for such services will be outlined in the relevant agreement.
10. Access to Products and Services
Access to digital products and services is generally granted once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Access may be provided through:
- user accounts,
- software dashboards,
- secure links,
- or other approved access methods.
11. Fraud Prevention
E5 Creations reserves the right to:
- verify transactions,
- delay access pending verification,
- refuse suspicious transactions,
- suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
